Guilty verdicts have been reached in two cases involving the sale of illegal drugs. Tonia Elizabeth Dutton was convicted of distribution of illegal drugs and Tommie Joe Moore was convicted of drug trafficking.

Two cases coming up next week involve;
-Brandon Wiley Balthrop, 29, Duncan - charged with three counts of sexual battery, two counts of rape by instrumentation and one count of kidnapping. Allegations were made in June 2010 while Balthrop employed as a Stephens County Sheriff’s Office deputy.
-Charles Alan Dyer, 31, Marlow- Charges of child sexual abuse and concealing stolen property filed in Jan. 2010.
