Ligon named president of state Baptist convention

NEW BGOC PRESIDENT: Joe Ligon, pastor of First Baptist Church of Marlow, sits at his office at his church. Ligon was voted the new president of the Baptist General Convention of Oklahoma for a one-year term last week.
