Lillie Mae Beck

MARLOW – Lillie Mae Beck, passed away Saturday, September 15, 2018 in Marlow at the age of 97.

Graveside Services were held Wednesday, September 19, 2018, at the Marlow Cemetery, with Rev. Ron Maxfield officiating. Burial will be in the Marlow Cemetery under the direction of Callaway-Smith-Cobb Funeral and Cremation Services in Marlow.

Lillie was born Thursday, December 16, 1920 in Marlow, to Walter and Willie Mae (Rowell) Foss. She attended school at the Sandhill school. She lived in the Marlow and the Fort Worth areas most of her life. Lillie married Coye Greer Beck in Duncan on August 3, 1938. They were married for 70 wonderful years before his passing on May 28, 2009. Lille and Coye owned and operated the Dairy Queen in Marlow for many years before retiring. She enjoyed gardening, cooking, crafts, and sewing. 

Survivors include, her brother, Bill Foss of Marlow, several nieces and nephews. 

Along with her husband, Lillie was preceded in death by her parents, 2 brothers, Jack Foss, Max Foss, and 3 sisters, Mary Littrel, Juanita Epperley, Maxine Nash.
