Back to School Event at FBC

First Baptist Church Marlow will host its annual “School Daze” event in the Family Life Center on August 12 at 6:30pm. The event, which is funded entirely by donations from the community, offers school supplies, shoes, backpacks, haircuts, and gently-used clothing just in time for school to start.

Event coordinator Jeanne Large said that previous years’ events have seen 300 – 350 area students in attendance. Students from all age groups and all area schools are invited to attend.

Donations will be accepted until the day of the event and can be taken to the First Baptist Church Marlow office at 213 N. Broadway. For more information, contact the office at 580-658-5413 or Jeanne Large at 580-550-0095.
