UNDER CONSTRUCTION: Construction workers begin tearing up sidewalks in preparation to pour concrete Tuesday on the 100 block of E. Main Street. According to a city official, the workers have found dozens of horseshoes while digging up the century-old sidewalk. The project is just one of six in various stages of completion.
