Home grant for city has new stipulations

NEW HOUSES NOT IN FUNDING: Newly-built homes, like this one built in 2004, will not be in the funding of a $250,000 federal grant received by Marlow last month. Officials from Delta Community Action Foundation, Inc., said those funds would be used to rehabilitate four homes in the Marlow area. Applications are being accepted through Sept. 1.
