THIS IS HOME: A tattered mailbox matches a run-down home that belongs to Gary Kulbeth at 212 N. Ash. Though the house is considered dilapidated by city officials, a group of concerned citizens is banding together to put Kulbeth’s home of 40 years back in working order.
