TABLES TURNED: Former Marlow officer Rodney Richards dons county jail-issued clothing after being charged with perjury last week. Richard’s charges stem from a Multicounty Grand Jury investigation on May 17 and 18 into testimony given during a hearing last October in which drug charges were dismissed.
