THAR’S GOLD IN THEM THAR FILMS: Trick roper Kowboy Kal and festival mascot Donna Carpenter present a $2,000 scholarship to Raymond Weilacher of Tulsa during the awards ceremony at last year’s Trail Dance Film Festival. Weilacher, shown holding one of the Golden Drover Awards, was producer of the independent film, ‘Unholy,’ named best high school film for 2007.
