TUITION PAID: Matthew Brooks receives his full-tuition grant to Bacone College in Muskogee from Joe Moran III, chairman of the Oklahoma Heritage Association, at a ceremony at the Gaylord-Pickens Museum in Oklahoma City last Thursday. Brooks was one of five Stephens County students to win an award in the Oklahoma Heritage Scholarship Competition.
