City begins new meter installation

THIS SUCKS: PMI workers Matthew Marshall and Jillian Asberry use a suction hose to clean out a water meter entrance on the 700 block of N. Broadway on Tuesday morning. The special equipment was necessary as the nearby tree’s roots had grown in and around the meter, making it difficult to change out.
