Glen “Rip” Adison Shaw

Glen “Rip” Adison Shaw, 75, of Duncan, passed away peacefully Saturday, January 27, 2018, at home southwest of Duncan, OK.

Visitation will be Thursday, February 1 from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Don Grantham Funeral Home. Burial will be at a later date.

Glen was born at home west of Marlow on April 21, 1942, to Mamie (Autry) and Brandon Joseph Shaw.

After graduating from Central High School in 1960 he worked on the Altus, OK Missile Sites.

He was a machinist for Halliburton for 37 years.

Glen married Eulene Ryan July 2, 1971. Rip enjoyed fishing and providing birdhouses for bluebirds and martins. He also enjoyed the Autry and Ryan family reunions at the lake.

Rip is survived by his wife; two daughters, Shellee & Ken McGee of Marlow, Tandy & Joe Clark of Pittsburgh, PA.; a son, Matt & Michelle Shaw of Marlow; nine grandchildren; and a brother, Jay B. Shaw of Marlow.

He was preceded in death by his parents and three sisters, Thelma Dodson, Erma Jo Ratajczyk, and Von McDaniel.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Ryan Oklahoma Cemetery, 414 N Elm Street, Waurika, OK 73573.
