THREE STRAIGHT YEARS: Marlow Electric Department employees (from left)  James Seabolt, Todd Brady, Chris Dilbeck, James Bennett and Chad Lane stand with the Don Howard Electric Operations and Safety award plaque presented to the department by Municipal Electric Systems of Oklahoma, Inc (MESO).
