Patsy Sue Ledbetter Danielson

Patsy Sue Ledbetter Danielson passed away at her home in Colorado Springs, Colo, on Sept. 8, 2018. Patsy was born Sept. 13, 1930 to Iva E. Ledbetter and Dr. Prentiss Glenn Ledbetter in Marlow where she grew up and graduated from high school.

She attended the University of Oklahoma until she married Edward C. Danielson of Huron, SD. They were married in Dallas, Texas on Feb. 24, 1951. They raised a family of three girls Karen (Dave) Severtson, Sharon (Arden) Larson, and Donna (Thomas Zazeckis) Danielson. Pat is a mother, grandmother and a great-grandmother.

Pat was preceded in death by her brother James E. Ledbetter, and her husband, Ed Danielson. She is survived by her three daughters, grandsons, Brady and Brian White, Adam Larson, Nick Smith and granddaughters Amanda Larson and Alexis Pinilla, and seven great-grandchildren.

Pat considered herself a gourmet cook and put together a cookbook for her family of recipes compiled over the years. She enjoyed traveling and collecting antiques. Pat also loved to entertain and was known by all of the beautifully decorated tables she prepared. Pat cross-stitched many pictures including Victorian homes.

She also liked to share her knitting talent and kept her family well stocked with wash clothes, dish towels and socks.
