Joseph John Conway, passed away Tuesday, December 31, 2019 in Marlow, at the age of 83.

 Rosary will be held at 6:00 PM, Monday, January 6, 2020, at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church.

 Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 AM, Tuesday, January 7, 2020, at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, with Rev. Bathini Balaswamy and Deacon Jim Conway officiating. Burial will follow in the Sterling Cemetery under the direction of Callaway-Smith-Cobb Funeral and Cremation Services in Marlow.

 Joe was born Friday, March 13, 1936 on a farm east of Elgin, to Andrew Joseph and Rosa (Fehring) Conway. He had lived in Stephens County most of his life and had previously lived in Comanche County where he graduated from Sterling High School. Joe married the love of his life, Thelma Lee Willis, on January 7, 1956 in Elgin; they were married for 61 wonderful years before her passing on August 26, 2017. Joe worked as a service tech for Arkla Gas for 27 years before going to work for Whitehouse Plumbing for 3 years; he ended his career working for Cable Meat Center for 27 years and retiring in 2011. Joe was a member of the Lions Club and a well known supporter of the FFA. He enjoyed camping and waterskiing, but his most cherished time spent was with his family that he loved and adored. Joe was a member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church.

 Survivors include a son, Michael Conway of Central High; 3 daughters, Cindy Campbell and husband Jim of Lawton; Susan Martin and husband Paul of Wellington; CO, Patricia Goad and husband Chuck of Claremore; 8 grandchildren, Melinda Bell, Jeff Campbell, Candace Martin, Meagan Conway, Lauren Martin, Joshua Goad, Andrew Conway, Alexis Goad, 7 great-grandchildren, Patrick Campbell, Brian Bell, Matthew Bell, Ashtynn Campbell, Cassidy Campbell, Kiersten Bell, and Adam Campbell. He is also survived by 2 sisters, Rosalee Conner and husband Gary of Lawton; Margaret Cotten of Moore, numerous nieces and nephews, as well as a host of friends.

 Along with his wife, Joe was preceded in death by his parents, 2 brothers, Raymond Conway, James Conway, and 3 sisters, Mary Lou Brown, Barbara Rodiger, Helen Landoll.

 Pallbearers will be: Daniel Conway, Leroy Conway, Mark Conway, Jeff Campbell, Joshua Goad, and Andrew Conway.
