Richard "Dick" Levi Donohew

Richard "Dick" Levi Donohew, passed away Thursday, June 4, 2020 in Oklahoma City, at the age of 86.

Graveside Services will be held at 10:00 AM, Tuesday, June 9, 2020, at the Marlow Cemetery, with Rev. David Woods officiating with Military Honors conducted by the Stephens County Honor Guard. All arrangements have been entrusted to the Callaway-Smith-Cobb Funeral and Cremation Services in Marlow. The family will receive friends at the Callaway-Smith-Cobb Funeral Home on Monday, June 8, 2020 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

Dick was born Saturday, February 10, 1934 in Loveland, to Everett "Fuzzy" and Grace Lelah (Plemmons) Donohew. He attended school in Loveland and lived in that area until moving to Marlow, where he became a long time resident. Dick served in the United States Army in the Korean War. Dick enjoyed just being a down home farmer that loved to work and take care of his cattle as well as driving his tractor. But in his free time, he enjoyed sitting at the coffee shop or Rupp's shop just giving people a hard time. Dick loved spending time with his family that he adored.

Survivors include, his daughter, Bonnie Cole of Marlow, 2 granddaughters, Amanda Wilson and husband Malik of Marlow, Megan Troutman and husband Nathaniel of Seattle, WA, a grandson, Gerald Robert McCullers of Austin, and 7 great-grandchildren. He is also survived by a brother, Junior Donohew and wife Mattie of Marlow, a sister, Joyce Blasengame of Lawton, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Dick was preceded in death by his grandson, Travis Cole, his parents, 2 sisters, Dovie Frances Newman, Lola Call, and a nephew, Bill Donohew.
