Georgie Rae Miller

Georgie Rae Miller, 84, passed away Monday, November 8, 2021 in Marlow.

Graveside services will be held at 2:00 PM, Friday, November 12, 2021, at the Marlow Cemetery, with Paul Carter officiating. Burial and arrangements have been entrusted to Callaway-Smith-Cobb Funeral and Cremation Services in Marlow. Georgie was born Monday, February 22, 1937 in Meers, to Earl and Maggie (Moody) Stewart. She lived in the Grady and Stephens County area most of her life. Georgie earned her Bachelor's degree in nursing from Clinton School of Nursing. She was the Director Of Nurses at several locations throughout her 60 year nursing career such as the Marlow, Lindsay, and Jefferson County Hospitals. Georgie enjoyed working, watching the news and keeping up with current events, and reading. She was also blessed with a fantastic green thumb and enjoyed gardening. Georgie's grandkids were the light of her life. She cherished any time she got to spend with her family. Georgie will be missed by many. Survivors include, 2 sons, Charles Hill and wife Carolyn, and Harry Hill, both of Marlow, 4 grandchildren, Trey Hill and wife Amy of Broken Arrow, Cody Hill and wife Shu, M'Kenzie Cummings and husband Ethan, and Jacob Hill, all of Marlow, 3 great-grandchildren, Kaleb Cummings, Karsyn Cummings, and Quinn Hill, sister, Shirley Kennedy of Oklahoma City, and numerous nieces and nephews whom she loved dearly. Georgie was preceded in death by her parents, 2 brothers, Bud Stewart, and Don Stewart, and 2 sisters, LaDean Taylor, and Sue Willoughby.
