by Toni Hopper

The Outlaw athletic teams have been extremely busy the last few days.

Marlow Junior High Outlaw Wrestling team grabbed the championship title after two days of competition at the Newcastle Jr. High tournament. They earned several individual champion spots and placers earning points toward the team title. The 9th-grade Outlaws basketball team defeated Lindsay (unbeaten) on Thursday, earning advancement to the 1st place game today, Saturday, Dec. 3, against the Ada Cougars (also unbeaten).

They beat the Cougars 46-30 and returned home to Marlow with the Championship plaque. They will wrestle Monday at Duncan, Tuesday at Lexington for district.

Ninth grade Lady Outlaws won their game Saturday and finished 3rd in the Jack Grimmett Pauls Valley Basketball Tournament.

And, of course, the varsity Outlaw teams, both boys and girls, won their homecoming games against Lexington Friday. Boys finished 76-48; and girls 50-37. Look for photos and more results in the next published edition of The Marlow Review, Dec. 8.
