Donelle Gregston has attracted quite a few paddleboard enthusiasts.
“A lot of people don't realize this, but being on the water has positive effects on mental stress and health. We always feel so much better after a session on the water. Unlike traditional yoga, which is typically practiced on solid ground, SUP-Yoga challenges participants to find their center of balance on a paddleboard floating atop the water.”
She said that it requires an individual to engage their core muscles and focus their attention on stability and alignment.
