A single car personal injury collision occurred at 4:10 a.m. Jan. 31, 2024, on State Highway 76 and SH 29, six miles west of Elmore City, OK, in Garvin County.
A 2008 Nissan Pathfinder SUV driven by Dallas Rose-Strutton, 53, of Marlow, was air lifted by Survival Flight to OU Medical Center in Oklahoma City, where she was admitted in critical condition with head injury. She was driving a 2008 Nissan Pathfinder SUV northbound on SH 76 when she failed to stop at the stop sign at the intersection of SH 76 and SH 29. She continued north through the intersection and struck an embankment on the north side of SH-29, according to the report filed by OHP Trooper Trooper Chris Earnhart.
