A Sourdough Starter Workshop is set for 9 to 11 a.m. Saturday, March 9, at the Stephens County Fairgrounds Conference Center in Duncan.

What happens during the fermentation process and the benefits of shaping and scoring bread? If you have ever wanted to ask these questions, this workshop is for you.
