Jeanine Bickerstaff

Jeanine Bickerstaff departed this life on Thursday, July 5, 2018, in Duncan, at the age of 80.

A Memorial Service is scheduled for 10 a.m. Tuesday, July 10, 2018, at the Eastside Baptist Church in Marlow. All arrangements have been entrusted to the Callaway-Smith-Cobb Funeral and Cremation Services in Marlow.

Jeanine was born Wednesday, November 2, 1937, in San Antonio, Texas, to Morris and Theresa (Moeder) Knight. She lived in the Oklahoma City area most of her young life and attended school at Northwest Classion. She married W.R. Bickerstaff in 1958 in Oklahoma City. They had been married for 60 years. The couple made their home in Marlow where she had lived most of her life and was active in the Red Hat Society, Chamber of Commerce, and volunteered at the Baptist Hospital. She enjoyed cross-stitching and helping other people in need. She loved spending time with her family and friends, as they were the light of her life.

Survivors include her husband, W.R. "Bick" Bickerstaff of Marlow; three sons, Kelly Bickerstaff and wife, Kathy of Sherman, Texas; Kevin Bickerstaff and wife, Lou of Ada; Kraig Bickerstaff and wife, Anita of Marlow; nine grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by a brother, James Knight and wife, Carol of Piedmont; a sister, Molly Catron and husband, Michael of Dallas, Texas; two nieces, Jennifer and Carolyn; and a cousin, Rick Lindsey and wife, Mary Anne of Duncan

She was preceded in death by her father; her parents; a granddaughter, Karson Bickerstaff; and a great-grandson, Cy Choate.
