Judith Holly Hofman, departed this life on Monday, July 9, 2018, in Marlow at the age of 70.

Graveside Services will be held at 10 a.m., Thursday, July 12, 2018, at the Marlow Cemetery, with Rev. David Woods officiating. All arrangements have been entrusted to the Callaway-Smith-Cobb Funeral and Cremation Services in Marlow.

Judith was born Friday, April 16, 1948, in Chickasha, to A.J. Jr. and Geneva (Stephens) Simpson. Although she attended school at Marlow Schools, she had lived in Chickasha most of her life and worked as a bookkeeper at the feed store until her retirement. She then returned to the family farm that was established in 1964 east of Marlow. Judith married Jay Hofman in Marlow at the Redbud Chapel on January 16, 1999. They were married for two short wonderful years before his passing on April 15, 2001. She enjoyed fishing and gardening in her rose gardens. She liked to read and enjoyed crafts. Judith had numerous other interests as well, but her main focus was on her family and having them all together in her home.

Survivors include a son, John Marinko and wife, Erin of Oklahoma City; a daughter, Tina Bishop and husband, Scott of Marlow; two grandchildren, Alex and Tori; mother, Geneva Simpson of Marlow; and a sister, Darlene Welch and husband, Garry of Marlow. She is also survived by her two nephews, Kevin Brown, Steven Brown and wife, Elizabeth; five great-nephews, A.J. Brown, Gage Jones, Austin Smith, Jacob Foster, and Caleb Foster; three great-nieces, Sara Waggoner, Caitlyn Brown, and Sarah Foster; and a great-great-nephew, Ian Waggoner.

Along with her husband, she was preceded in death by her son, A.J. Marinko, and her father, A.J. Simpson, Jr.
