Bill Sanders

Bill Sanders, passed away Wednesday, October 31, 2018 in Marlow at the age of 75.At the families request, no services are scheduled at this time. Cremation has taken place. All arrangements have been entrusted to Callaway-Smith-Cobb Funeral and Cremation Services in Marlow. Bill was born Friday, October 1, 1943 in Marlow, to Jessie Lee and Della Lou (Branch) Sanders. He lived in the Marlow and Duncan area all of his life and graduated from Marlow High School. Bill was an antique dealer and former owner of an antique shop. He enjoyed going to garage sales to find that special buy and playing cards with his friends. Bill loved to make banana pudding and eating watermelon. He was a special person that will be dearly missed. Survivors include, a daughter, Helen Ruth of Rush Springs, 2 granddaughters, Ashley Foster of Lawton, Heather Vaughn of Duncan, several great grandchildren, 2 brothers, Donnie Sanders of Marlow, Jimmy Sanders of Marlow, a sister, Shirley Bounds of Marlow. He is also survived by a special niece, Tiffany Johnston of Clearfield, UT, and great-niece, Kayla Mehringer of Marlow, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Bill was preceded in death by a daughter, Mary Ball, his parents, 2 brothers, Lloyd Eugene Sanders, Keith Sanders, and a sister, Dorothy Lee Sanders.
